I did a google search and read their reviews, then received a recommendation on NextDoor. I heard people talking about how expensive cleaning and inspections were. Well i say, you get what you pay for. Ryan was fantastic and very thorough. I thought the inspection and cleaning price was fair. He was professional and efficient. We just moved into our home in August, and Ryan caught a potential fire hazard on the chimney that our home inspector didn’t catch. Seriously, our house could’ve burned down had we used our fireplace. I’m so grateful. Can’t recommend them enough.
